Subbu oversees all aspects of Ventuno Technologies' business and has an integral role in driving the company's product vision. Subbu has 11 years of both management and technical experience. Since December 2003 he is the Managing Director of ShriPET a leading PET manufacturing company in India. Prior to that, he worked in the US in software engineering management positions. Subbu has worked 6 years at TIBCO Software, and 2 years at Informix - now part of IBM. Subbu has an MS in CIS from Georgia State University and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Madras.

Srini oversees the engineering and operations aspects of Ventuno Technologies. Srini has over 8 years of technical experience in development, testing, and deployment of complex enterprise applications, and integration solutions for world class companies. Srini has spent 5 years at TIBCO software in the USA and 3 years at Ramco Systems. Srini has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a BTech from Anna University.

Murugan has over 37 years of experience in both State and Central Government in various capacities. In those 37 years, he has served 6 years as Secretary to the State Government, 3 years as the Chief Executive of a Tamil Satellite Channel. Murugan has an MBA from the University of Texas, Arlington, and an MSc from the University of Madras.
